“After 12 years of swimming and a few accomplishments to my name, I decided to take my career and make a few changes. It wasn’t everyday that I would love the person I saw in the mirror. But then I decided to see what a few minor changes would do! 40 pounds down and self esteem to spare, I came out with a new spark for life.
I signed up for my first Spartan Race, the Beast, and it killed me! With this new found accomplishment I decided to give back to my community. I started teaching senior fitness and group classes at my local 24hr gym. But I felt like there was something else I could do. I started personal training and coaching. Along that path I found Olympic Weightlifting and Crossfit. The love for the community is what drew me to crossfit! Since then I’ve been coaching and competing ever since. My goals now are to keep everyone healthy and safe in whatever they desire to do!”
