The Fitness program is designed to offer members a great gym workout while allowing you to burn calories and develop a strong, physically fit body. Fitness members can enjoy a fun and supportive team environment with educated coaches. Our workouts focus on using body weight movements and free weights to burn fat, promote muscle growth, and develop overall conditioning. The fitness program is designed as a stepping-stone to our Performance program The fitness program combines strength training, bodyweight movements, gymnastics skills, mobility work, and much more! The workouts change every day and your body will be challenged in ways you never thought were possible. Each workout is scaled to your fitness level so you can maximize results in each 60-minute class.
Our Performance program builds strength and conditioning for a body capable of just about anything life throws at you. This program is our stepping stone from the fitness program and offers varying degrees of movement complexity, performance, and workout intensity.
Our Healthy Habits Program is your guide and support for how to eat for your performance. We offer Lifestyle coaching through our healthy habits course with individualized coaching via a personal health coach. You will learn what to eat to help you lose weight, tone up and build muscle. You’ll have full access to our healthy habits program where you will meet with your personal health coach 1 on 1 as well as have online communication. KD has been running this program since 2016 and she has personally lost 70lbs and moved from 38% body fat down to 18%. The tips and tricks you’ll have access to are just what you need to stay accountable to your personal health and diet.
